Full disclosure – This is an AI generated audio version of yesterday’s chapter, The Reek of the Day. It’s one of the most emotional passages in the book, so I wanted to know how AI would handle it. I wanted it to be subtle, but impactful. You’ll have to tell me how close this clip comes because I find something wrong with everything I contribute my heart and soul to.
To clarify, the text is written by me, the reading is entirely AI generated. I prefer human narrators, but that currently isn’t in my budget. This sample, in addition to others, cost me a paltry five American dollars.
BTW – I am hesitant to do these experiments because of the impact AI has on the environment, but this was created by a Chinese based company that I am told is more environmentally friendly than US based companies. How true that is, I don’t know.
